Terms of Service (Affiliate Agreement)

Dear Affiliate,

Thank you for your interest in promoting American Eagle Token. We’re excited to have you join our program and help share this exclusive collectible with your audience. Please review the following terms carefully.

Compliance with laws and regulations

All affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and rules, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission Act, FTC endorsements guidelines, CAN-SPAM, and any consumer protection laws that apply in the affiliate’s jurisdiction.

Permitted uses & creative

• Affiliates are allowed to use creative materials provided in the Affiliates section (videos, banners, email templates, social images) for the sole purpose of promoting Trump’s Token of Appreciation.

• Affiliates may edit provided assets for length or format to fit a particular marketing channel, provided edits do not change the meaning or misrepresent the product.

• Any use of the product name, trademarks, or imagery outside the provided creative must receive prior written approval from American Eagle Token Team.

 

Prohibited advertising methods

• Using deceptive, misleading, untruthful, or unsubstantiated claims.

• Using paid ads or web properties that imply endorsement by any public official or public office without explicit written consent.

• Creating paid search campaigns that bid on trademarked keywords that match our brand name unless expressly permitted in writing.

• Using false testimonials, fabricated endorsements, or before/after imagery that has not been approved.

• Placing creative in channels or contexts that promote hate speech, violence, or otherwise illegal activity.

• Creating pages, apps, or social profiles that represent themselves as the official product page if they are not; if a page is a review it must clearly be marked “REVIEW” and disclose compensation.

 

Bonusing & incentives

Affiliates may not offer cash rebates, gift cards, or third-party bonuses that alter the order flow or the customer’s purchase experience without express written permission.

Intellectual property & rights

All trademarks, logos, videos, and images provided by Ameican Eagle Token remain our property. Affiliates are granted a limited license to use these assets for promotion only, subject to these terms.

Tracking & orders

Orders must flow through the proper tracking links. Affiliates may not attempt to circumvent the tracking system or cookie logic. Any attempt to hijack traffic or commit click fraud will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Payments & commissions

Commission rates, payout thresholds, and payment methods are listed in your affiliate dashboard. Commissions are paid only on qualifying orders and are subject to chargeback, refund, and fraud reviews. ClickBank reserves the right to adjust commissions or withhold payments pending investigation.

Prohibited platforms & behaviors (examples)

• Do not run ads that falsely represent the product, the company, or that misuse public figures’ names in a way that misleads consumers.

• Avoid mass unsolicited email (spam) and always follow CAN-SPAM rules for email promotions.

• Do not republish our full sales video or product pages on your own domains in a way that hides the original source.

Termination 

Any affiliate caught violating these terms will be immediately banned, their account closed, and any unpaid commissions may be forfeited. Trump’s Token reserves the right to suspend or terminate the program or individual affiliates at any time.

 

Modifications 

Trump’s Token may modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes through the affiliate dashboard or provided contact email.

How do I sign up?

To sign up, please first read the Terms of Affiliate Service carefully. Then, fill out this affiliate application form and wait for our approval. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions to generate your hoplink through your ClickBank account.

What is the commission rate?

Commission rates and payout options appear in your affiliate dashboard. The starting commission is 60% and may be subject to change depending on promotions or updates. Before any change to the commission rate, all affiliates will be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

How are sales tracked?

Sales are tracked using cookies and your unique affiliate link. Please do not attempt to alter tracking parameters.

​

When do I get paid?

Payout schedules depend on your ClickBank account settings and the payment method you have chosen. Payments are processed through ClickBank after returns and fraud checks. Affiliates are expected to follow ClickBank’s standard procedures for receiving commissions.

Can I use email lists?

Yes, provided you follow all applicable anti-spam laws and accurately disclose your affiliate relationship.
